Rosenlaui

As soon as the hiking boots are laced up and the backpack is filled with a delicious picnic, the wildly romantic hike starts on the Grossen Scheidegg. From here, guests can already enjoy a fantastic view of the surrounding famous mountains Eiger, Mönch and Jungfrau.

The path then continues past fragrant alpine roses and the climbing rocks of the Engelhörner to the Hornseeli. The Hornseeli is located above the Rosenlauital, actually Reichenbachtal, and is ideal for a break. Afterwards the path leads downwards, past alpine pastures and alpine huts to the Schwarzwaldalp, where the hike ends.

But if you still have some time left, you can visit the old saw Schwarzwaldalp or the impressive glacier gorge Rosenlaui.
